I churchcrawl whenever I can, and the UK has a lot to go at, but a favourite of the glorious collection of London churches is St Mary Woolnoth. One of Hawksmoor's churches, a cube inside a cube. Small, perfectly formed, hard to photograph well. It has a memorial to sometime vicar John Newton who wrote Amazing Grace. He was a slave trader, then a slave and then repented. An incredible life story.
