#WordsWithFriends has gotten steadily worse over the years. Cluttered with "mini-games" and other nonsense and of course notifications about these things that appear just as you are clicking on other stuff.

I had been on an extended break and then gotten back into it. Just now I found that the word strength meter now needs "activation".

I uninstalled. It's over, WWF.

I can see an app in my games folder and remember to see if I played that day. I'm trying for a 365-day badge on Flow Free as I did all the levels. I also try to grab my freebie in #WordsWithFriends.

I play #WordFeud with a couple people but I wouldn't mind one or two more to play.

Wordfeud is a lot like words with Friends but the app isn't as slow and kludgy like Words with Friends.

My only complaint about the software is that the tablet mode on Android (or Chromebook) isn't as good as it is on an iPad.

Words With Friends 2 is my benchmark of a truly atrocious user experience. It's hideous! It's obnoxious! It hassles you with popups, adds you to games you didn't ask for, and forces you to interact with features you don't care about. Even when you're not using it, it bombards you with "woah come check this out" notifications.

Give me Wordfeud any day of the week.
