I cannot figure out what about this that is new.
#teachers already have such bad #workconditions and long hours, working late into the night to prepare lessons for groups always growing in number, trying to sort any problems without help as any such is long gone due to lack of resources. Even less time to reflect, discuss and improve. The same goes for #schoolleaders in times of cuts and minimized budgets.

I agree with @dylanwiliam - first find what to stop doing

I fredags hittade jag två underläkare, sitta ensamma på sina rum, 2,5h efter arbetstid, i tårar, samtidigt som de kämpar för att 'komma ikapp'. Hur fan ska vi locka folk till att stanna kvar och jobba i en sån här miljö? (Plottwist, jag själv var också kvar övertid, som vanligt)

Irresponsible levels or #populationGrowth, whether by #naturalIncrease or #immigration do negatively affect the #workingClass.

The #realLeft such as #BernieSanders know it causes poor #workConditions + #lowerWages.

It also gives the #rulingClass #assetInflation and drives up #consumerism.

Irresponsible immigration levels are not good. The #UK #elite have been able to seperate #Brexit #debates away from this issue. Now the #fauxLeft are feeding the #right.
