Why is it the new workers hired in the last couple of weeks can decide which days they want to work, I’ve been working for the same company for almost 3 years I can not decide the days I want to work? #job #workdays I hear that a growing number of companies are doing the same thing, they are doing so in order to make sure the new employees will not quit after a couple of weeks or months.
