Re the article on Transform, is it actually true that the #WorkersGB red browns are "moribund"? They're recruiting, building bizarre coalitions, and appear to be gaining an audience on the conspiracy right. That doesn't sound moribund to me. It sounds active.

I don't know Lauren from No2Nato, the Workers Party speaker on the platform with David Clews of "Unity News Network", but she should certainly look more closely at who she's standing next to.

Do an article on the #WorkersGB party!

The ongoing red brown evolution of #WorkersGB and its front #No2Nato fascinates me. Under the hood and away from Galloway's rhetorical flourish, this "party" is basically the #CPGBML and a few hangers on. Surely, much as I can't abide their Stalinist worldview, the Brar clan who basically own that party can't be signing off on the cosying up to the Larouche organisation and the conspiracy right?

Or can they...?

Are you seeing the appalling politics that the #WorkersGB party has on this issue, as well as their general red brown evolution including working with the Laroucheites and the conspiracy right wing on "anti war" campaigns?

Now the #WorkersGB party put out a Telegram post denouncing Nike's latest ad campaign for having a #trans woman in it. Advertising sports gear. I won't replicate the language used (which is worthy of the US Republican right), but I really do think this party are an issue, and one that the rest of the left should discuss more than it does. Social issue positions like this, their willingness to work with the conspiracy right wing and Larouche fascists on "opposing the war", their frankly bizarre opposition to "wokeness"... they're becoming a #redbrown synthesis movement. There's no tradition of that in #UK #politics. Even Oswald Mosley himself was an outright convert to Nazism and not a peddlar of this sort of dangerous convergence politics. It's an issue we should be talking about, before it becomes a much bigger one.

So I'm interested to see what happens with the apparent alliance between some parties on the Marxist left (the Socialist Labour Party and the Workers GB party) and parts of the far right such as Unity News Network and the Schiller Institute. Are they going to end up forming some kind of over arching red brown party?

Fascinated by how #No2Nato or the #WorkersGB party do it. I'd be lying if I said that ghastly left right convergence show they've just done didn't go well for them. They looked like the senior figures at the table. It's astounding really: Angela McArdle probably has more party members in Alaska than they have in the entire UK, but she just turned up, said the polite stuff, and acted as a junior guest to Galloway and Williamson.

Just your reminder that tomorrow the leader of the #WorkersGB Party, and a fellow ex #Labour MP, are sharing a broadcast platform with a leading figure on the conspiracy fringe (and ex #UKIP organiser), along with a #Larouche fascist. I never thought I'd see the day that any UK left figure would sink so low.
