Work fails:
I purposely close my door during lunch and mark myself unavailable, even putting music on. This is my in office routine always.

Our nice cleaning person just didn't even knock, opens the door, walks in, and talks to me while snatching my trashcan. Then they left the door open for several minutes before returning the trash can.

Ultimately the left the door open.
