I've spent the day with phone recreating my myGov account and relinking the services. Hours on hold to verify information I'd already given to myGovID just to get a linking code.
The one department that pissed me off the most was #WorkforceAustralia. I entered required info and then sends verification code to old phone number. After hours on hold and transfers and recalling, told that as I'm retired, I have to get reference from CentreLink and job service provider in order to be able to link to their service!
I might be older, but this is not fair or right. They are supposed to use the updated information provided and verified by myGovID and myGov
