Your best bet is to run https://github.com/nanos/FediFetcher it can be run by your admin or even just by yourself. (and then one running it can even run it for multiple accounts but they'd need some info).
I have it running for just me on my instance rn, but I was going to add some extra users to it - to make things seem more lively/active.
