I have to keep reminding myself of the differences in cultural practices when communicating with members of my team from around the world. I sometimes will see a comment that comes across as *super* rude, or dismissive or pushy, but every. single. time. it's just a difference in culture and not intended that way.

It's worth while to stop and consider that any time you see such a thing. "Assume positive intent" with regards to your co-workers and/or customers.

Got to hand it to our tech support folks. The whole library is now working remotely and they're doing a really good job of troubleshooting a bunch of newly remote folks (who have all gone remote at the same time, even).

(I can tell this because there are lots of questions (and answers!) on our new #workingremote Slack channel).
