Ok, advice needed!
I workout at home. I have my own weights and bench. I've done 2 workout programmes since June and im coming towards the end of the 2nd one.
I've definitely made progress on my own at home but I feel like I've plateaued and im not seeing much more progress now.
Do I do some research and find a new programme for home workouts or do I bite the bullet and join a gym?
