2. #WorldDevelopment/ @ElsevierConnect: Manuscript submitted 20.10.
I wrote the second reminder to the journal, few hours later, the article is desk rejected. Did the editor actually read it, or just got tired by reminders?

I won't be submitting to these 2 in the foreseeable future.
