Ended up as de facto raid leader last night. I *can* raid lead, but DPS would be very late, and alt-swapping musical chairs for our time-killing short raids drained my patience. THEN when we were ready for the main raid, someone had disappeared and needed to be replaced, "we have someone, she just needs to finish HOS" which was somehow half an hour? And Hodir was the wrong choice for a group with no resto druid. Downed but ugh.
