Today we received an email saying that our original complaint was upheld, they are terribly sorry for their mistake and any inconvenience caused and if there are any further issues we should contact them.

To which we are about to reply with something along the lines of "That's nice to know, now what the fucking hell are you going to do about this?" and attach a scan of the debt collection agency referral letter we received yesterday.

I’m actually pretty impressed with the ineptitude of #Worldpay.

Long story short. We used to use their Worldpay Zinc on the markets as it was a perfect little credit/debit card reader which no monthly charge.

They stopped all Zincs for everyone about 12 months ago.

Since last September they started charging us a monthly fee for a thing that doesn’t have a monthly fee.

We’ve got refunds each month and closed the account.
