Fun fact for #WorldPenguinDay the penguin is the natural predator of the killer whale, penguins will frequently flock together & sit on the whales back, using their combined weight to force it below the waves where it eventually drowns.
It is estimated that penguins kill more than 2000 orcas a year using this method.

Today, Adélie Penguins in Antarctica have started their yearly migration towards the north shore and the waters to search for food. Thus, we celebrate: happy #WorldPenguinDay!

Whether you want to waddle around in a #Penguin suit or just play some SuperTuxKart, enjoy it but give it a thought! They are the mascot for many of us in this network, yet are progressively getting more endangered.
