Hello! New instance, new #introduction :dandelion:
I've been exploring the fediverse for about a year and I've settled on how I want to use it: I'm starting fresh here to focus on magic :_candleb:

I'm mostly into #tradcraft, Ancient #Mediterranean magical techniques and cosmology, narrative forms of magic (#historiola as well as modern takes: #WeavingFate by Aidan Wachter is probably the single most influential book in my practice), and #divination (#astrology, #tarot, #geomancy, and I've started dabbling with the #IChing as a total dilettante). I'm also studying #herbalism formally as one pathway into what you might call #wortcunning

Some of my ongoing magical projects include crafting a personal ritual year and taking stock of the past few years' worth of experiments to decide on my next big step: that's my focus in 2023.

I worked in media and teaching for a long while, but nowadays I spend time with projects related to plants, taking care of family, reading and learning. I also do some photography and digital art, and play the drums a bit.
