A very windy walk today took me around #Cissbury Ring, an iron age hill fort containing neolithic flint mines. New Forest Ponies free roam to manage the vegetation. The town in the distance is #Worthing, in #Sussex.

Went for a #BoxingDay walk with Dani along the seafront in #Worthing, #WestSussex.

Made a picnic before heading out with the main event being sandwiches (picture attached) containing mustard, ham, chicken, sausages wrapped in bacon, rocket, Brussels sprouts roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash, and cranberry sauce.
