@nantucketebooks it was great to meet you in person! I have been thinking more about . I mis-spoke. Per [1] had a injury, but he got better. He says the pain was due to the hard keys of his and mostly went away when he switched keyboards. But still I say: don't use the default key bindings. They suck!

If anyone told me years ago that I could injure myself by picking up a spoon from the kitchen counter I wouldn't have believed them. How can a simple normal everyday movement injure a muscle or tendon all of a sudden? It's amazing how many things that muscle or tendon uses. I'm having trouble doing all kinds of things. Have to take a break from working in Photoshop/Illustrator.

I'm winding down physical therapy for my right hand and wrist. I just tried the same range-of-motion exercises with my left hand. It's stiffer than my right hand, and I can't separate my left thumb and index finger as far.

It looks like it would be a good idea to do those stretches and exercises with my left hand. Try once or twice a day? I'm reducing the right hand exercises from daily to three times a week, then to zero, over 3 months.
