So I know I said I’d take the day off, and I mostly did, but I ended up adding some descriptions and details to the first chapter in my 4th draft!

I got some notes about adding more emotional connection to the setting and giving the reader the impression of how the FMC felt about her workplace and the town she lived in.

So it was really nice to work through that because it’s set in my hometown 🥰. #writing #writingcommunity #wip #writer #writersofmastodon #writinglife #writ
