First novel was around 100k, Fairly simple. Second novel has multiple characters (40+) and interwoven stories, so bigger by perhaps 50%

I tend to write the first draft as a screenplay so i only have to think about dialogue and action.
2nd draft edits and structural work.
3rd adds in detail and descriptive prose.
Etc

On the first draft of novel 2, 120k words in. I suspect it'll be 150k+ by the time i finish.
