Nothing beats the rush of starting a new #writing project, though if I remember correctly, it’s a fleeting moment that’s quickly followed by a numbing sense of hollowness brought on by the cold, empty stare of the blank page.. (yup, here it comes...)

Adjusting to writing in a new space - it's hard!

I sold my rural Oregon house in September and, though it was the right move, I'm really missing my little closet-turned-writing-nook today.

It was such a gift and I wish I'd appreciated it (i.e., used) it more, back when I used to think I'd live there forever.
