So “Understanding show don’t tell and really getting it,” by Janice Hardy is a must-read for writers imho.

I’m a quarter of the way through the book and applied what I’d read so far to my chapter-in-progress. It’s made such a difference! Not only has it helped me remove author interjects and ‘telling’ language, I’ve known what to replace it with. It even got me to remove some passive voice stuff.

Absolute bargain for £3.

Any guesses how I'll be spending my day?!? 😂
