Could some kind soul please help me log into the mobile app?

I've installed it, but trying to log in it keeps telling me that there's no instance of the server I registered on

So I'm stuck unable to get past that page.

It's probably something utterly simple that I've overlooked... which is kinda embarrassing for a 'tech expert'
