Es gab bis 1994 eine Militärbahn von #Wünsdorf in der Spurweite aber soweit ich weiß ist die seit dem abzug der WGT (ehem. GSSD) unbenutzt und entweder Abgerissen oder soweit verfallen dass diese nicht befahrbar ist...

The Zeppelin #bunker complex was built between 1937 & 1939. This complex was a central communication hub for the #German troops as well as housing the Oberkommando des Heeres (High Command of the German Army). In 1945 it was occupied by the #RedArmy and eventually abandoned in 1994.

The #Maybach I complex consisted of various structures and twelve #bunker “houses.“ It was built for the Upper Command of the #Army (Oberkommando des Heeres) & was an instrumental location for field operations of the #Wehrmacht. To conceal their military function, the buildings above were made to look like local civilian houses. Workers were only allowed to work at the site for a limited time so they would never gain too much knowledge about the purpose of the complex. #Wünsdorf #Abandoned #WWII
