"Favorite character sheet?"
I am not a character sheet guy. I generally find overengineered character sheets to lead to too much focus on the wrong parts of the buttons and levers. It usually indicates a game which has been poorly engineered for straightforward expressivity.
If you can put the character sheet on a 3 x 5 card, I'm generally happy.
Normally I'd cite #Wushu here but I'm going to go with the 5150 character sheet instead.

"Complex/simple RPG you play?"
When we talk simplicity, it's hard to get more simple than #Wushu. Mechanically, characters have somewhere between four and six traits, rated between two and six, it's a D6 dice pool system, roll under or equal to, with the pool composed of the number of details you give in your description.
Go. You can now probably run the game just from that paragraph. And I encourage you to do so!

@ConorMahood Now, as for my favorite superhero #TTRPG for on boarding people who don't like to read rules? Also very easy.
#Wushu . I can communicate the rules in five minutes. After the first round, everyone understands combat. After the first 30 minutes, everyone understands they can start doing some crazy things beyond combat. After the first session, they ask why we're not playing it more often.
(It's because I don't want to GM.)

In fact, doing it in #Ironsworn after those annoying humans die off, having failed to colonize the continent, would be absolutely wonderful and hilarious.
Or a classic D&D setting but using the #Wushu mechanics.
Or even #Kingdom. Focus on being movers and shakers in the Dark Elf hegemony itself.
So many fun ideas.
