Behringer is teasing a rack mount version of the Wing.
Ok. So is the x32 line dead? What about Midas?
Ok, I really like this MixingStation layout I found in the community forum. I can’t wait to try it on my bands mixer next rehearsal #behringer #x32 #mixingstationapp

IEM PA rack is done. It rocks.
The Drive rack pa2 is awesome. Pretty much set it to auto feed back suppression and forget about it.
special setup for this special sunday with acoustic music format. definitely challenging on mixing because of the widespread seats. probably would go mono to balance the whole room (with default speakers placement). #mixing #x32 #livesound #sundayservice

I might have to try this on the drums during a live show or rehearsal....
Drew Brashler reposted a great article about using effects on the #behringer #x32
So like if you were doing Maneater and needed some delay on the sax track, this would be a way to easily do it.

"Fluff" on his channel Riff, Beards & Gear, had a good video on if you need your on FoH person while on tour.
I think the takeaway I got from this is that a lot of venues still have and use #behringer or #midas mixing boards. True they have been out for a while, but they are solid and work.
Man, this guy's channel is good. Audio Adapters. XLR Turnarounds have saved my BUTT many times.

Just when you think you know what you are doing on a mixer, you come across a video where you go......"Huh......I should try that. "
This is that video

Ask me a couple of weeks ago what I thought of the iPad Mini, I would have said it was a stupid product category.
Now.....it's actually fucking perfect for so many things. Like using it to adjust IEMs on my #x32 or changing patches on my #aerophonepro 30 #ewi . It's small, readable, and works.
Plus I can run x32 edit on it, as well as MixingStation. It's pretty much a swiss army knife for a musician. #ipadmini #apple

I really like my IEM/PA system built around a #behringer #x32 with a S32 expansion and a Midas DN4816-O. Like......it just works better than my abandoned ware #mackie DL32R (so mad at Mackie).
No need for those ART S8 splitters.
I think my NEXT system is going to be built around ALL Midas stuff. The Midas M32C, DL32, and a DN4816-O
On reflection though, a iPad Mini is a better tool for the job. I can't see taking a X-Touch-One out on a gig....
This is an interesting idea. Someone on Reddit took a #raspberrypi and a #behringer X-Touch-One and put them together. Sounds pretty cool. Also made me think about making a touch based pi solution to run the Behringer software. Didn't even know they had current software that ran on Raspberry Pi.

So the last couple of months I have been doing a DEEP DIVE into figuring out how the Behringer x32/Midas M32 mixers work. I think I have a good handle on it now, and a LOT of it was due to watching Drew Brashler's youtube channel.
Ok, finished the PA/IEM system. Did the routing so that L/R are still on 7 & 8, and another BusMaster is on 9. So I can get 7 IEM mono mixes still, and PLENTY of inputs for the group (could easily do a full drum set and other things) #behringer #x32 #IEM
I've been working on a new PA/IEM system for my band based around a behringer x32 and a s32. So the original idea was that I would have 7 IEM mixes coming out of 1-7 on the s32, and then have the mains coming out of the x32 (7/8) so it can go to a DBx. And then have the other outputs available to be direct outs of the inputs for a FoH system if we went to a venue that wanted individual mics.
Seems that the routing is my enemy here. I don't think it's quite possible to do this.
Ok, flipped the s32 and x32. Working on getting the routing straight. I’ll have to take a pic of the back as I’m trying to keep the cables cleanly bundled. #x32 #behringer
