So Buyer Beware, don't buy the Wired Enhanced Xbox Controller. This is the 2nd replacement in under a year first one had a stick flaw 3 months in. The second one has now malfunctioned after 6 months. PowerA won't cover it because they claim I need a receipt and that they don't cover wear.

It's impossible for this to be worn out like this, clearly a design flaw.
