BREAKING UPDATE: NEW: Xcel Energy has discovered more radioactive water leaking from their Monticello nuclear power plant, the company says.

They will shut down the plant tomorrow to make permanent repairs for this leak and the previous leak.

Repair was originally expected mid-April.
