@TonyStark It's rather obvious that DeSantis — like his rebellious soulmates in Congress — is in fact neither "Republican" nor a "conservative", but evidently an aggressively regressive, peering hard at the con-ditions of totalitarian, racist, escapist (,defeated) Confederate rulership.
