Яндекс берет N денег за управляемый кликхаус, а если он упал - берет в два раза больше, чтобы его поднять.

Today I learned:
Yandex Cloud takes X money for Managed Clickhouse, but if it's down, it takes 3 days to get back online.
Wanna faster? Pay 2X money for the support - that's the only way you could it back online faster after the service failure.
That's a new word in a business-models I know.
