Just watched a dog chase/get chased by two coyotes in the field behind our house and then fight one. Thought I was going to witness something horrid but the dog eventually listened to its human and ran off before it got deadly. Hopefully the poor thing only got minor scratches. 🥺

One or two coyotes take up residence in this field every winter, not sure why people insist on letting their dogs off leash here (it's not an off leash park). Be coyote aware and consider using long lines, #YEGdogs!

A day later but with the same vibe in the office- Penny just moved corners nothing else has been accomplished in the last 24hrs. At least this time she’s taking advantage of the blankets in the kennel.
