Went to a great show at #yegfringe: Lia & Dor. I didn’t know what to expect out of a Romanian fairy tale, but it was very engrossing. Would recommend.
We drove two hours to see Dave’s coworker in a show at the Edmonton Fringe. Just discovered, as we’re sitting in the parking lot at the venue, that it’s at 10:30pm, not 8:30pm as he told me. We have to be up early tomorrow morning and still have a two hour drive back.
Anyway, if you’re in Edmonton, come see YEG D&D.
We’ll there goes my plans for tonight. Any good picks for #yegfringe tonight?
@megmac I'm excited about #yegfringe, I went to two shows last year (masked) and I hope to go to more this year (still masked).
I wish there were more open-air stuff: The most stifling performance I've ever attended was at the King Edward School in 2018-ish. I think it was like 40c inside with no air movement.
(FWIW I think we fall into the same professional/geographic Venn diagram, so I say keep it going on one?)
I miss Edmonton's theatre scene so damn much...

...This show doesn’t require a review. It only requires an audience. Make sure you’re part of it!" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
