Geolocating via the view from vid shows plane near 28°12'7.88"N 83°59'8.22"E, SE of old Pokhara airport runway 22 threshold & about 1700 ft from crash site, in line with typical ATR appr speed. It is on a reasonable approach path for the new airport and well beyond that of the old one.
