i’ve signed up for my first yoga retreat since the beginning of the pandemic and my injuries! 💗 it will be nourishing for my mind and body, practicing with one of my close teachers. looking forward to practicing with other yogis next to the ocean, enjoying the beach, and sleeping at the jungle’s edge, listening to the birds, little creatures, and ocean. 🌊
