Grade in Deutschland angekommen und fehlt mir direkt.
Ich liebe die wunderschöne Küste von , das Meer, die alten Städte. Ich lieb die Leute, die immer so unglaublich höflich sind. Man kommt easy mit ihnen ins Gespräch, jeder sagt für jede Kleinigkeit "Danke" oder "Entschuldigung", selbst beim Einsteigen in den Bus wird nicht gedrängelt. Gleichzeitig haben sie diesen mega geilen schwarzen Humor! Ich liebs! Ich wünschte die Deutschen würden sich davon eine Scheibe abschneiden

Really want to visit this place, called Old Mother Shipton's Cave in North . The cave was apparently her birthplace and home for years, and she was a local legend in around the 1600's as a soothsayer. The ominous glow of the statue's lighting from outside is what gets me the most!

2. Charlotte Bronte married Rev. Arthur Bell Nicholls on 29th June 1854, Haworth. Charlotte died in 1855, Haworth age 38.
Emily Jane Bronte died 1848, Haworth age 30. Even though she would write only one novel in her short life, she would become a major literary figure in her own right
Anne Bronte died in 1849, Scarborough age 29
Like many contemporary female writers, they published their poems and novels under male pseudonyms: Currer, Ellis, and Acton Bell.

1. Great Historical people from Yorkshire
The Bronte Sisters the most famous literary family in Yorkshire.
The sisters were born in in the village of Thornton. Charlotte was born in 1816, Emily Jane born in 1818, and Anne born in 1820. They were the daughters of rector Patrick Bronte and Maria Branwell plus their brother Patrick Branwell Bronte born in 1817. Later they were associated with the village of Haworth, West Yorkshire.

3. John Smeaton died on 28th October 1792 after having a stroke . He is buried at St. Mary’s Church, Whitkirk, Leeds.

2. His lighthouse remained in use until 1877 when the rock underlying the structure's foundations had begun to erode; it was dismantled and partially rebuilt at Plymouth Hoe where it is known as Smeaton's Tower
Smeaton is important in the history, rediscovery of and development of modern cement. He is highly regarded by other engineers, having contributed to the Lunar Society and founded the Society of Civil Engineers in 1771.

John Smeaton was born in 1724, Austhorpe, Yorkshire. He was a British Civil Engineer and responsible for the design of bridges, canals, harbour, and lighthouses. He was also a mechanical engineer and physicist. He became the first person to use concrete since the Romans. He constructed the third Eddystone Lighthouse in 1755-1759.

A change of plans meant rediscovering the incredible Kingsdale.

Arguably one of the "crowning" (sorry) features of Kingsdale is a pair of giant boulders teetering near the valley's western edge. They are known as the Cheese Press Stones.

3. She also lectured throughout Europe on behalf of the League of Nations and became a staunch opponent of apartheid after her trip to south Africa.
She had suffered from poor health for several years with Bright’s disease in 1932 and died in London in 1935, just 37 years old. She is buried in All Saints Churchyard Rudston where she was born.
