That app bombards you with notifications. And while the docking stations have become smaller and easier to install, it has become harder for tourists without a #Taiwan-ese phone number to rent and use a YouBike.
Last year in Kaohsiung I would not find any #YouBike station with a Kiosk service pillar that would allow for the use of a credit card. Plenty of those in Taichung and Taipei however.

新北市由於採 #Youbike 1.0 與 2.0 混用之政策，原本立意良善，但後來發現，這是兩套系統在運作。

若你經常騎 2.0，要回到 1.0，系統便會告訴你「2」，也就是 1.0 會認為你「上次沒有歸還成功，有事請洽客服。」

於是你每次都要打進客服去聯繫，幫忙開通那被 1.0 卡關的部份。

可是 2.0 到下次 2.0，並不會卡關。我猜是故意要讓大家早日轉換成 2.0 的緣故。總之，就是有這個系統不相容的問題。
