My first post from Fortepan.

This is a group of young boys on a class outing from 1970. Judging by the scarfs around their necks they are part of the Young Pioneers, a communist party youth organisation. But they look like any group boys on an outing to me, with the teacher keeping a watchful eye on his flock.
Bus nerds will spot the Ikarus 311s - a well-known bus made in Hungary during this time.

@BlueDouche In this case, the comparison with communism is much better fitted, albeit less clear to most. Hollywood force-fed us films of the Nazis, not so much of the Soviet Union.
