Interesting that Humza #Yousaf uses his speech at an #independence rally to concentrate on the "national tragedy" of #Brexit. The #SNP seems to be the only party in #Scotland calling for rejoining the #EU and being honest about the cost of Brexit. With the #RutherglenAndHamiltonWest #byelection coming up, is he emphasing differences with the rival #Labour party, who worry that being pro-EU will be bad for them in England?

With so many #Americans here, I'm aware that describing our First Minister as a #republican and a #nationalist could be misleading. That support did last for several hours.
Until he insulted Kate #Forbes - and by extension those of us who supported her.
I do not see it as too early to call for his resignation: he is now a caretaker leader.
I will remain a member of the #SNP and look forward to voting for his successor.
