Masters of disguise, that's what these Mexican iguanas are. I saw them everywhere we went when we visited the Yucatan peninsula, but the variation in skin colour seemed to be very local. This one was lurking among the palm trees and aloe vera on the edge of a beach. S/he blended beautifully with the leaf litter and shadows.
