I wrote a fic for The Blue Castle set post-canon, exploring what Valancy & Barney's decision to live part-time in Montreal would look like, and I dove whole-heartedly into researching the Montreal of the late 1920's. I also shoehorned as much nature description into the narrative as I could, and was pleased to fit in my FEMALE FRIENDS FOR VALANCY agenda. Final #yuletide rec of the day: I really liked this very funny She Hulk fic about Jen meeting Matt's friends and seeing his apartment and them working out their relationship. The fic has great flirting and wonderful chemistry and made me love the characters all over again
