Egg fried rice was on the menu today! I separate the eggs to mix yolk with the rice before frying in the pan, add carrots, peas, onion, garlic, and pepper letting that mix and cook, then put on the whites to finish. #cooking #yummyyummy

Today in Lourde's Restaurant (which luckily is our home) - something with avocado, mango, cilantro, shrimp surrounded by cucumber, tomatoes, and grenadine. Spectacular, we could open a restaurant really. Something like tuna tartar really with shrimp. #food #photography #cooking #yummyyummy #eating
