I did #ywahome day 10 with the wife yesterday.
Nice, slow session with a bit of leg strength. Standing and hands-free.
Good lord! First of all shoutout to the yoga mat for actually doing what it was supposed to do, meaning I didn't start slipping when I started sweating.
I also learned that I'm too fat and inflexible and unfit for western fitness yoga and I hope #YWAhome will get easier because I basically just died. My ghost is typing this.
But I did it so now I'm officially taking part in #MoveIt2020

Did Day 5 of #ywahome as morning yoga. That was a little tougher than the last days! It made me feel good, though.
Did #ywahome day 3 with the wife. This is nice and manageable - I could do it as a morning practice! (Well, so far. Usually Adriene's programs pick up a bit after the first week. Or I have grown stronger and fitter over the last few years despite not feeling that way at the moment.)
Did #ywahome day 2 today.
Had an emotionally challenging day. I find it interesting how I fully throw myself into physically challenging things when I'm sad or upset.
