Shot with a #z50, stacked with #zerenestacker from 46 individual shots. It took about five minutes to process, followed by a minute or two of manual retouching to remove a few artifacts.

ZS does a great job by default. It does add a bit of noise to the background. Not sure if that's better or worse than the defraction I'd get with a single image shot at f22?

I felt someone watching me, then I looked up at the walls.

Avoiding its more glamorous younger sibling a couple of miles away I went exploring a little castle lost in the trees on Anglesey’s south coast and discovered these little watchmen on the top of the tower

I was promised A Wonderful Welsh Waterfall, but got this. Snack stop on my wander around Cwm Penamnen on Friday morning. It was about the only place sheltered from the drizzle so quite nice sitting there trying different shots, this one’s a five shot vertical pano, with bracketing so took a while!

2022 was also a good year for #photography. Most of my personal photos were with my #nikon #z50 and the dandy little 40mm f2 lens. I'm having a lot of fun with this super-portable kit, and more comfortable processing my images with #rawtherapee afterwards.
