In the eyes of 'the West', the whole world needs to take #climateaction.
But the perspective from #Zaire, #Bihar or the #BRICS is very different from the #G20.
We talk about #degrowth. Some of us talk about the destruction of #capitalism.
But if you cannot feed your family, if your basic economic needs are hard to meet, #industrialization is seen as the escape from poverty.
