@rolle A combination of Outlook (dragging emails to the calendar or creating timeblocks for work stuff)/Apple calendar and iOS reminders (for shorter activities or personal things that need to be remembered on a repeating basis). I read Getting Things Done many years ago and follow a variation of those ideas in my process. Mostly #ZeroInbox so that there is a consistency of how things are managed or processed.

I can't help but celebrate (and brag about) this MAJOR achievement, that I still find hard to believe: #zeroinbox !!!
This is mostly thanks to #emacs and #orgmode that have been crucial for helping me stay organized and manage the huge amount of emails we all get (especially in academia).

Mit #Threads werde ich nicht so ganz warm, auch wenn das wohl die zeitgemäßere und/oder künftig dominierende Art des Umgangs mit E-Mails werden wird.

#Evolution habe ich früher mal unter #Ubuntu genutzt. Ein solides PIM. Ich nutze ausschließlich die E-Mailfunktion, deshalb genügt mir #Thunderbird.
