Day four of Zero Waste Week is upon us, today's challenge is to think about how many times you refill the same container. Whether that’s your coffee cup, your water bottle, your washing up liquid bottle, the old margarine or ice cream tub you fill with porridge oats, it doesn’t matter.

As part of day three of Zero Waste Week, today’s challenge is to pick up and dispose of three pieces of litter. If you can recycle it, brilliant, but if not then bin it and that will be a step in the right direction for cleaning up our country.

As part of day two of Zero Waste Week, todays challenge is to find one product (or one more product – if you already refill some things) in a location nearby or via one of the online refill businesses.

Today, 5th September, marks the start of Zero Waste Week. Today's aim is to share our reusable stories. Personally I always keep a reusable 500ml metal water bottle on the side of my bag. I also use a collapsible cup for hot drinks and reusable wrap for my lunch. I like keeping a refillable pencil and pen as well.
What is your reusable story?
