But then #mantı are Turkish home cooking, and between home and restaurant cooking there’s a gulf. We tend to think of #Turkish cuisine as very meat-forward, because kebab house. In fact Turks cook a vast array of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Just google “#zeytinyağlı recipe”.
