This weekend I'll be at Edinburgh Zine fest! I'm very excited for this event, please come and say hi! I'll have three brand new zines: a collection of goblin saints, a book of poems about weeds, and a book of clowns invented by empty theatres.
I'll be putting these books up for sale in physical and digital form on my storefronts right after EZF, and ALSO, I'll be having a sale on my etsy store, because I am moving house soon and boxes of books are really heavy!

Sometimes I Forget to Smile: a short art zine that I wrote when I started to noticed a trend with what was triggering the longer bouts of low days. It acknowledges the beautiful life that I have, and the guilt that I often feel for living this life while so many others suffer. What ultimately releases me is the knowledge that I can't control these things, only hold space for them.

Only had ink to print and saddle stitch two zine copies. I’ll need to work fast next week when the ink arrives. The slow pace and repetition of printing and sewing was unexpectedly soothing. There’s some kind of magic in zine creation, from initial doodles and drafts to zine and book making.

While I wait for more ink I’m going to study coding so I can get my website up and going, where I might also sell zines and prints.
