#Zone6 finally getting into gear🥰

I was so excited to finally get outside the last few days. Successfully moved the scented geraniums out of the kitchen and into more stable pots. They had exploded into such hefty beauties, they were too top heavy in their pedestal pots for this year. First thing this morning, I was dragging their asses back inside with freezing temps expected by this afternoon.
I did get the first round of seeds going, 4 o'clocks for my daughter. Everything else is back on hold until Spring and Winter sort their shit out. So depressing here in #Zone6 😞

Most bloomed last 3 or 4 years. But intermittantly b4 that. warmer winters last 5 or 6 years w change from #Zone6

A Christmas song for the Ruislipians out there by local band Scouting For Girls. It's about the 'Victorian Evenings' in Ruislip back in the 90s when they shut the High Street for a Christmas Fayre. I used to go along myself and it brought back memories when I heard the song on the radio.

Tore apart the discount perennial plants to make lots more perennial plants! Their root systems look strong and healthy enough that I felt okay to directly plant them in the soil, instead of potting them up to let them grow out a bit. Cold temps are coming back soon, so we'll see how they fare. I've been wanting Centaurea montana for ages and the dwarf sunflower looked like a great pollinator plant. #plants #flowers #garden #zone6 #solarpunk
