Mrs Mike went to the GP yesterday.
The GP gave her a few Zopiclone tablets to help her sleep.

Mrs Mike says 'these will NOT work, but I'll take one anyway'.
It's almost 11am and she's still asleep.

Does anyone have any experiences of #zopiclone to share? I asked the doc for sleeping pills, she suggd these but wsrned me they're addictive, which put me off. Trouble is, at 5.15am after not much sleep and that very broken, I feel I'd do anything for a decent night's sleep. Did #perimenopause give anyone else abrupt onset insomnia? In the end on doc's advice I'm taking antihistamine but they're not making a huge difference.
